Immediately, Hanoi Metro activated the operation and technical work plan according to the correct procedure.

Relevant units have disconnected 4 terminals of Zone A from Cat Linh station to Lang station to ensure safety for the technical team to approach the scene of handling. At the same time, running small intersections serving passengers from Thuong Dinh station to Yen Nghia station and vice versa. After 25 minutes, the functional units have finished overcoming. The operating center re -grant electricity to Zone A and bring the trains of the route back to normal operation.
Hanoi Metro has also informed the Hanoi City Traffic Management and Operation Center to arrange buses to transfer passengers from Cat Linh Station to Thuong Dinh Station and vice versa.
