In the afternoon of July 9, functional agencies of Lam Dong province are investigating the cause of a traffic accident that occurred on the Ho Chi Minh road, passing through Dak Mil commune.
According to initial information, at about 1:30 pm on the same day, Mr. N.T. D (born 2003) was driving a motorbike with license plate 48E1-052xx, carrying two people, traveling on the Ho Chi Minh road in the direction from Lam Dong to Dak Lak.

When reaching Km1821+900, the motorbike driven by Mr. D collided with a motorbike with license plate 48E1-205. 89 driven by Mr. P.N. M (born 1945).
The accident killed Mr. M at the scene. The other three people on the motorbike driven by Mr. D only suffered minor scratches.
The related vehicles have been temporarily seized by functional forces to serve the investigation.
Immediately after receiving the news, Dak Mil Commune Police coordinated with professional units of Lam Dong Provincial Police to be present to regulate traffic; at the same time, examined the scene, investigated, and clarified the cause of the accident.
Currently, the cause of the traffic accident is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies according to regulations.
