On August 15, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nhuan Phu Tan commune coordinated with socio-political organizations to launch the implementation of the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Road" model on DX. 04 road.
Attending the program were Mr. Phan Truc Vinh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune, along with officials, union members, association members and people.
The DX. 04 road, about 3,200m long, passing through Tich Khanh and Khanh Thanh hamlets, was chosen to build a model to promote the role of the Front, socio-political organizations and people.
At the launching ceremony, the forces planted about 3,000 trees along both sides of the road and installed 80 solar light bulbs. The total implementation cost is about 110 million VND from socialized sources.
According to the plan, the "Bright" criterion requires 100% of the length of the road to be illuminated by solar lights at night, the distance between the bulbs is about 40m, contributing to limiting dark spots.
The "Green" criteria focus on planting and caring for green trees and flowers on both sides of the road; the "Clean" criteria is associated with garbage collection, clearing bushes, clearing sewers, and preventing waste from accumulating.
The "Beautiful" criterion is implemented synchronously with light, green trees and environmental sanitation, creating a clear and civilized road. People are mobilized to hang the national flag on important holidays and events.
Through the model, Nhuan Phu Tan commune aims to mobilize the strength of the entire political system and the consensus of the people, contributing to building new rural areas and creating a safe living environment.
