On July 29, according to PV's research, the People's Committee of Cao Bang province has just issued Decision No. 1190/QD-UBND on the announcement of 3 administrative procedures in the mineral sector under the jurisdiction of the Department of Industry and Trade.
The three new procedures include new issuance, re-issuance and revocation of certificates of technical training for safety in mineral exploitation. In which, the new issuance procedure has a maximum processing time of 17 working days; the re-issuance and revocation procedure only takes 3 days.
In particular, the recall procedure is implemented completely online, while the remaining two procedures support the submission of documents directly, via post or partially online public services.
These procedures do not collect fees or charges and are built on the basis of the 2024 Law on Geology and Minerals and Circular 43/2025/TT-BCT of the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The implementation of online public services helps save time and costs, while improving the efficiency of state management and awareness of labor safety in the mining industry.
The Department of Industry and Trade of Cao Bang province is assigned to preside over the development of internal procedures and coordinate implementation in accordance with regulations.
