Accumulated for 7 months (as of July 20), Da Nang has newly registered 4,437 enterprises, branches and representative offices with a total registered capital of 24.4 trillion VND, an increase of 28.4% in the number of units and an increase of 70.7% in capital compared to the same period in 2025.
If only considering the business sector, in the first 7 months of the year, there were 3,888 newly registered businesses, with a total registered capital of 24.4 trillion VND. The average registered capital reached about 6.3 billion VND/business.
The number of businesses, branches and representative offices returning to operation reached 1,718 units, down 1.2% compared to the same period (the business sector alone had 1,449 units returning, up 3.9%).
In addition, the number of units registered for temporary suspension of operations is 5,428 enterprises, branches and representative offices, an increase of 6.6% compared to the same period (the business sector alone is 5,012 units, an increase of 6.2%).
In addition, in the first 7 months of 2026, there were 1,300 enterprises, branches and representative offices completing dissolution procedures, an increase of 99.4% compared to the same period in 2025. The business sector alone has about 1,000 units dissolved, an increase of 117.0% compared to the same period.
