Ms. Hoang Thi Hoa - Vice Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Taesung Global Vina Co., Ltd. - affirmed that the enterprise always identifies employees as the foundation for long-term development. Therefore, in addition to fully implementing regimes and policies according to regulations, the company also focuses on improving material and spiritual life so that workers can feel secure in working and be attached for a long time.
In the first 6 months of 2026 alone, the company's Union member Care Fund spent about 400 million VND to organize activities such as "Tet Sum vay" (Reunion Tet), visiting sick union members, funerals, maternity and supporting workers in difficult circumstances. At the beginning of 2026, the enterprise adjusted the basic salary from 5.4 million VND to 5.8 million VND/month; on the occasion of April 30 - May 1, each employee received a bonus of 50% of the basic salary, equivalent to 2.9 million VND/person.
Not only caring about income, the company also improves working conditions, especially during the hot season. Steam fans are installed additionally at production workshops, workers are provided with ice, soft drinks and additional support of 300,000 VND/person/month during the 3 peak hot months, contributing to ensuring health and maintaining labor productivity.

In addition, the working environment is improved to be more stable, and production conditions are increasingly improved.
Similarly, at Lok Wah (Vietnam) Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Thanh Nam ward, Ninh Binh province), the working space has been improved to be more suitable for workers, especially in the hot season. With the characteristic of products not being equipped with air conditioners, in addition to building high, airy factories, the company also equips industrial fans, installs cooling and ventilation fans in production workshops and arranges enough drinking water at workplaces for workers to easily use.
In particular, grassroots trade unions regularly coordinate with businesses to organize activities to support workers such as distributing soft drinks, supplementing food to help cool down and propagating measures to prevent and combat heat and protect health during work.
Mr. Doan Trung Nang - Chairman of the Trade Union of Lok Wah (Vietnam) Manufacturing Co., Ltd. - shared that caring for working conditions and ensuring a safe and friendly working environment is always of particular concern to businesses and trade union organizations. Every year, the company reviews and improves ventilation systems, supplements cooling equipment, ensures drinking water and health care for workers, especially during prolonged hot weather.
According to Mr. Nang, when the working environment is improved, the health and spirit of workers are more guaranteed, thereby helping workers feel secure in sticking with the business, improving productivity and production efficiency.
