    Agribank arranges staff to work through the holidays, for 04 days (from August 30, 2025 to September 2, 2025) to conduct payment transactions as required by the State Treasury (KBNN), as well as ensure a safe and smooth payment system throughout the holidays.

    Agribank proactively coordinates with the State Treasury in localities, ready to serve cash payments to the State Treasury, including transactions outside of working hours and on holidays, ensuring timely and timely transfer and withdrawal of cash and gifts to people. In addition, Agribank does not collect fees when implementing payment orders from the State Bank and people withdraw money according to the Government's policy.

    Agribank is also a bank that coordinates with the Center for Research and Application of Population Data and Citizen Identification cards (RAR) to deploy social security services for Agribank's payment accounts. People can link to their payment account at Agribank on the VNeID application to receive gifts on the occasion of National Day 2.9

    Instructions for steps to link Agribank accounts on the VNeID application

    With the goal of continuing to develop and promote the Prime Minister's Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation, Agribank has coordinated with Napas and the Center for research and application of population data and citizen identification cards (RAR) to deploy social security services for Agribank's payment accounts.

    1. Applicable subjects: Individual customers opening accounts at Agribank.

    2. Service fee: Applicable free service for customers. In case of changes in service fee policy, Agribank will notify in writing.

    3. Instructions for implementing the service: To register to receive subsidies from social security policies on the VNeID electronic anonymous application via Agribank account, please follow the following steps:

    For customers who already have an Agribank account and download the VNeID application:

    - Step 1: Customers log in to the VNeID application; select the "Social Security" service and select "Social Security Account".
    - Step 2: Customers choose Agribank as the bank receiving subsidies from social security policies.
    - Step 3: Customers enter the link information including: + Payment account number at Agribank.

    + CCCD number (if any).
    - Step 4: The VNeID application displays the result.

    For customers who already have VNeID but do not have an account at Agribank:

    - Step 1: download the Agribank Plus application and select " open an account/Register for Agribank Plus.For detailed instructions here - Step 2: After having an account, please follow the instructions as in the section "Customer has an Agribank account" to link to a social security account.


    Note:

    - The associated account must be a VND account, with the owner, operating and not restricted.

    - The VNeID application is developed by the National Population Data Center, can be searched and downloaded from CH Play (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS), both labelled as a Government application or developed by a State agency. People/customers need to carefully research information about the applications before downloading.

    There are cases of subjects taking advantage of policies to commit fraud

    In recent days, there have been cases of subjects taking advantage of information about the Government's gift giving policy to carry out fake and fraudulent forms to appropriate people's assets by sending messages and emails containing malicious code, impersonating police officers and bank officers to request information... Agribank recommends that customers and people do not click on strange links, do not download applications from unclear sources; Do not provide account numbers, passwords, OTP codes to anyone under any circumstances; Do not transfer money to strangers, including police officers, state officials or bank employees; Only receive information through official channels of the Government, the State Bank of Vietnam and Agribank.

    In case of detecting unusual signs, customers should immediately contact Agribank via hotline 1900 558 818 or (84)24 3205 3205, or to the nearest Agribank branch/transaction office. At the same time, it is necessary to report to the police for timely support.
