Accordingly, Phuong Son - Dai Lam industrial cluster located in Tan Dinh and Luc Nam communes, Bac Ninh province was established by decision dated March 16, 2023 of the People's Committee of Bac Giang province (old).
The project is invested by Thanh Do Bac Giang Construction Joint Stock Company with 2 phases (phase 1 implemented with an area of about 40 ha, term until the end of 2025; phase 2 implemented the remaining area until the end of 2026).
Up to now, the investor has completed investment procedures, approved the detailed construction plan of the industrial cluster, and is conducting compensation for site clearance (inventory of ownership, payment of compensation for site clearance of about 2 billion VND for agricultural land, 5 billion VND for tomb relocation).
To create favorable conditions for land acquisition, compensation and site clearance to accelerate the project implementation progress, adjusting the project implementation progress from 2 phases to 1 phase is necessary and suitable to actual conditions.
The decision clearly states the adjustment of project implementation progress for Phuong Son - Dai Lam industrial cluster as follows:
From the first quarter of 2023 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2026: Approving investment policies; preparing detailed plans, preparing feasibility study reports, preparing construction drawing designs, environmental impact assessment, fire prevention and fighting procedures; compensation, site clearance, conversion of rice land use purposes; investing in the construction of technical items of the project, including centralized wastewater treatment plants; attracting secondary investors to produce and do business.
According to the establishment decision, Phuong Son - Dai Lam industrial cluster has a total investment of more than 576 billion VND. The project's operating period is 50 years.
After completion, the industrial cluster is expected to attract investment in industries including: Electricity, electronics, telecommunications, mechanics, garment, medical equipment and tools, pharmaceuticals, processing agricultural products and food, packaging and products from plastics, supporting industries, processing and manufacturing industries.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Bac Ninh province, as of January 2026, there are 96 industrial clusters in the province.
In which, 30 industrial clusters were previously assigned to district-level People's Committees, commune-level People's Committees, and Management Boards of district-level industrial parks (old) as investors, more than 60 industrial clusters have been established with enterprises as investors.
