The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just issued a decision to adjust the investment policy for the Ly Anh Tong extended road construction investment project (from DT.295B to the west of the city to H Street), Bac Ninh city (old).
Regarding the reason for adjustment, the extended Ly Anh Tong route is the backbone of Vo Cuong ward's traffic, connecting Kinh Bac ward.
Investing in the construction of the road in the planning area ensures exploitation capability, stability, formation of synchronous infrastructure connection axes, contributing to completing the central urban infrastructure framework, improving investment efficiency, creating momentum to promote socio-economic development for the locality, so it is necessary to adjust the project investment policy.
Adjust to expand the cross-section of the entire route. Add underpasses made of reinforced concrete on both sides of the railway bridge.
The total investment after adjustment is VND 429,683,805,000, an increase of VND 263,336,051,000 compared to the Total investment approved in Resolution No. 280/NQ-HDND dated July 17, 2020.
According to the reporter's investigation, in 2021, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province issued a decision approving the Investment Project to build the extended Ly Anh Tong road (from DT.295B to the west of the city to H Street).
The project is invested by the Bac Ninh City Construction Project Management Board (old). This is a group B project, a level II urban road project, with a length of about 955m.
Ly Anh Tong extended road is designed according to the standards of urban roads in the area, with a technical rating of 50km/h.
