The People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just sent an official dispatch to the Department of Construction; Truong An Golf Investment Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province agreed in principle to adjust the planning of Viet Yen golf course according to the proposal of the Department of Construction in the document dated November 5, 2025; the adjustment of the planning to ensure structure, ratio, density, ... according to current regulations and standards and in accordance with the approved superior planning.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to preside over the coordination and guide Truong An Golf Investment Joint Stock Company to organize the preparation of detailed planning adjustments to submit to competent authorities for appraisal and approval according to regulations, to be completed before December 25, 2025.
Viet Yen Golf Course (Bac Ninh), nearly 40km from the center of Hanoi. Phase 1 of the project has a scale of 140 hectares, with an investment capital of 1,214 billion VND, and has been in operation since October 2023.
The project investor is Truong An Golf Investment Joint Stock Company under Truong An Group (Ninh Binh). This enterprise was an investor in a number of famous golf courses such as Kim Bang - Ha Nam Golf Course.
In addition to attracting tourists, the golf course contributes significantly to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality when it is currently creating hundreds of jobs for workers, most of whom are local people.
