Que Vo III Industrial Park was established under Decision No. 59 dated February 1, 2016 of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province (formerly), located in Que Vo ward. The planned area is over 281 hectares, with a total investment of over VND 2,121 billion.
The investor is EIP Industrial Park Development Investment Limited Liability Company.
To date, the investor has disbursed VND 1,415/2,121 billion, attracting 102 secondary enterprises, creating jobs for nearly 6,000 workers.
Currently, the industrial park has invested in technical infrastructure for the area that has been handed over (about 130 hectares, except for the area of sticky rice and bean that has not been filled and infrastructure); built and put into use a centralized wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 m3/day and night, ensuring that wastewater from enterprises is collected and treated to meet standards before discharging into the environment.
At the same time, install a fire and fighting pillar system at routes 1, 2, 8, 11, 12, 5A, 5B, equip 1 fire truck, establish a specialized Fire and Fire Fighting Team and periodically trained to be ready to respond when a fire or explosion occurs; the power source for the production activities of enterprises is guaranteed.
The investor is also leveling the area of lots CN11, CN12, CN 13 and internal roads; preparing to plant trees on the water surface...
However, in Que Vo III Industrial Park, there are still some households that have not received compensation and support; the land records are incomplete, directly affecting the progress of land handover and attracting secondary investors.
Regarding the above project, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh directed that for the area of 43.37 hectares that have been handed over and signed a land lease contract, but have not yet been granted a certificate: Request the Investor to submit a dossier to request a certificate, and the People's Committee of Que Vo Ward will resolve it before November 15, 2025.
For the area of about 9.7 hectares that has been approved but has not yet completed, the Que Vo Ward People's Committee will review, organize implementation, and complete site clearance before November 15, 2025.
For the remaining 70.25 hectares that have not yet approved the site clearance plan: Assign Que Vo Ward People's Committee to review, prepare documents, and propose solutions before November 15, 2025.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
In the first 9 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has attracted over 15 billion USD in converted investment capital. Of which, 162 new domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects were granted. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh is currently leading the country.
