On September 19, according to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, Liem Tuyen Ward Police just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 11, Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Sub-Department to inspect business household H.D in Residential Group 9, Liem Tuyen Ward.
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that the above business household was selling 50 mooncakes of 450g/piece and 250 baked cakes of 90g/piece.
During the inspection process, the facility owner could not present documents proving the origin. Based on the inspection results and based on the provisions of law, functional forces issued a decision to fine 8 million VND.
Liem Tuyen Ward Police recommend that business households strictly comply with the provisions of law, do not trade in goods of unknown origin; and at the same time request people to raise their vigilance, choose products with clear origins, complete information about goods labels and expiration dates, contributing to ensuring food safety and protecting community health.
