On August 7, the National Innovation Center (NIC) - Ministry of Finance and VCCorp Joint Stock Company, announced the Third Season Program, Better Choice Awards (BCA) 2025 with the message "Rising to break through" with the spirit of "proud of Vietnam".
Better Choice Awards 2025 is an important activity in a series of events promoting innovation in response to the National Innovation Day, an event expected to gather hundreds of innovative enterprises, research organizations, investment funds and startups at home and abroad. This will be a space for display, connection and promotion of strategic cooperation in key areas such as artificial intelligence, green technology, digital finance and future education.
Speaking at the event, Ms. Kim Ngoc Thanh Nga - Deputy Director of NIC - affirmed that the Better Choice Awards is not only an award that honors the right choice, but also a testament to the strong vitality of Vietnam's innovation ecosystem.
"BCA 2025 is a call for the technology, financial and consumer communities to unite to create a transparent, efficient and unique market" - Ms. Kim Ngoc Thanh Nga emphasized.
Unlike previous seasons, this year's Better Choice Awards marks a breakthrough expansion in scale, depth of assessment and social impact. A total of 4 major award groups will be awarded, including: Smart Choice Awards (technology equipment and solutions for consumers); Car Choice Awards (products and brands in the automotive industry); Innovative Choice Awards (innovative initiatives on digital platforms) and especially the completely new prize cluster - Consumer Finance Awards (consular finance solutions for Vietnamese people).
The strategic highlight of the 2025 season is the appearance of the Consumer Finance Awards. With nearly 10 categories, this prize cluster will honor payment platforms, digital banking, investment applications and innovative credit solutions, factors that are strongly changing the spending habits and financial management of Vietnamese people.
According to the representative of the organizing committee, this is an inevitable step forward when the digital financial trend is no longer a future, but has appeared in every shopping and asset management decision of consumers.
Accompanying the Better Choice Awards 2025 is a series of sideline activities with social values and spreading strongly. Notable among them are conference activities related to the fields of Al, semiconductors, quantum technology, where scientists, businesses and policymakers discussed promoting the development of core technologies in Vietnam. The event was attended by state leaders and leading experts in the fields of core technology in Vietnam.
The Better Choice Awards 2025 is scheduled to take place on October 3, 2025 in Hanoi, in response to the National Innovation Day.
