In order to remove difficulties for businesses and achieve the economic growth target of over 8.5% in 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has worked with functional departments, branches and business representatives.
Chairing the meeting, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan emphasized the province's viewpoint of a government serving the people and accompanying businesses.

He requested state management agencies to focus on reviewing and reducing the time to handle administrative procedures, focusing on procedures with many file transactions, minimizing the reduction for administrative procedures with long processing time.
Enterprises must comply with legal regulations; promptly report to the authorities about difficulties and problems to soon take measures to resolve them.
"It is necessary to specifically identify difficulties and problems that the government and competent authorities have not resolved, or have not resolved satisfactorily, and need to adjust them to ensure business development and contribute to the development of the province," Mr. Pham Anh Tuan suggested.
The Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee also assigned specific tasks to each department and branch to remove difficulties for businesses in a practical and effective manner.
He assigned the provincial Department of Industry and Trade to receive and process recommendations from businesses, coordinate with distribution units in the province to promote product consumption, especially OCOP products. The Department must closely update the international trade situation and clearly understand the orientation of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to promptly orient local import-export production activities.
The provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment urgently coordinated with the Tay Son District People's Committee to organize a clay auction according to regulations, to be completed before May 10. At the same time, actively support businesses in issues related to land, environment and policies on exemption and reduction of land use costs; continue to review and develop raw material areas for the wood processing industry.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan requested businesses to reorganize production activities, setting growth targets similar to the general target of the province (no less than 8.5%). Proactively innovate technology, diversify products, focus on environmental standards, develop products with high added value and aim for green, sustainable exports.
"The province encourages businesses to coordinate with vocational training institutions in the province to recruit, train and retain high-quality technical workers.
Innovation in technology, developing products with high added value, focusing on science and technology, green economy - circular economy, green export. Develop environmentally friendly products and production processes to meet the green consumption trend in the world", Mr. Pham Anh Tuan directed.
