Political reports and opinions at the Congress agreed to affirm, the term 2020-2025, the Party Committee of the Central Military Commission Inspection Committee focused on leading and directing the Party Committees, Party Cells and Party members to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels; instructions, resolutions of the Party, the tasks of the army;
Grasp the functions and tasks, actively and proactively innovate, improve the quality of advice for the Central Military Commission and the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission to comprehensively implement inspection and supervision work in the Army Party Committee to ensure correct viewpoints and principles.
Timely inspection, detection, and strict handling of violating Party organizations and Party members, contributing significantly to preventing, limiting, and strictly maintaining Party discipline and order throughout the army, upholding the principles of Party organization, improving leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization.
With the motto "no forbidden areas, no exceptions", the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission has proposed that the Central Military Commission Standing Committee and the Ministry of National Defense strictly discipline many violations, including senior officers in the Army.
The proposed forms of discipline ensure strictness and fairness but are also humane and highly educational.
Speaking at the Congress, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung - Deputy Chairman of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army - Requirements, term 2025-2030, the Party Committee of the Central Military Commission Inspection Committee continued to thoroughly grasp the Party's resolutions and directives.
With the assigned functions and tasks, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung expressed his hope that the Party Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission should proactively advise and help the Central Military Commission lead and direct the better implementation of inspection and supervision work throughout the army, and must truly be a "credible advisory body" of the Central Military Commission's Standing Committee on inspection and supervision work.
Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung also noted that when detecting violations, it is necessary to verify, conclude promptly, handle strictly, not let small violations accumulate into large violations, and at the same time, do a good job of early prevention from afar, preventing violations right from the start.
Emphasizing the role of the cadre team as a fundamental factor determining the quality of work, Lieutenant General Do Xuan Tung requested that the Party Committee of the Central Military Commission's Inspection Commission should actively and proactively care for and improve the quality of the cadre team doing inspection and supervision work, and must practice steadfast, strong political will, and be sharp in politics;
