With the theme: Accompanying Enterprises - Ca Mau for Development, on October 25 and 26, the People's Committee of Ca Mau province coordinated with departments, branches and partners to organize the 2025 Business Forum.
The event aims to promote the image, introduce investment potential and strengthen connectivity between the business community inside and outside the province, contributing to promoting economic development in the post-herding region of Ca Mau - Bac Lieu.
The forum gathered about 400 delegates, including leaders of central ministries, branches, local leaders, businesses, investors, associations and economic experts. The program took place with a series of rich activities such as sports exchanges, investment surveys, thematic conferences and business connection activities.

Within the framework of the event, delegates will conduct a field survey at U Minh Ha National Park, Khanh An Industrial Park, along with some typical economic - tourism models such as Hoa Binh 1 Wind Power Plant, Quan Am Phat Dai Pagoda and Bac Lieu Shrimp Development High-Tech Agricultural Area. This is an opportunity for businesses and investors to learn more about the potential for industrial development, renewable energy, seafood and eco-tourism of the province.

For Khanh An Industrial Park, the area is 235.86ha. There are currently 25 projects with a registered capital of VND 18,600 billion and a registered area of 154.74 hectares.
Currently, Ca Mau province is building Tac Thu Industrial Park in Khanh An commune, with a scale of 345 hectares, has implemented zoning plans; carried out site clearance of 100 hectares and built a number of essential infrastructure. The investment attraction areas are industries using gas energy; agricultural and seafood processing industry and industries in accordance with approved planning. Prioritize high-tech, specialized industries such as: New energy - energy industry (Hydro, Green Am Ammonium...), electronics - digital technology, manufacturing - automation, new materials and nano, bio-industry.
On the afternoon of October 26, the 2025 Business Forum Conference will take place. Here, delegates will listen to speeches on new energy, logistics infrastructure, processed seafood, and the potential for the development of Hon Khoai dual-use port. The forum will also witness the signing of investment cooperation agreements, commendation of enterprises that have made positive contributions to social security and a speech by provincial leaders.
Since the beginning of the year, Ca Mau has had over 1,130 newly registered enterprises, with a registered capital of more than VND 7,000 billion, double the same period in 2024. It is expected that there will be 1,800 new enterprises established in 2025, aiming for the target of 20,000 operating enterprises by 2030.
