In the document sent to the investigation agency of Quang Ngai Provincial Police, along with some other related contents, the Tax authorities of the three provinces of Quang Ngai said that the data on resource tax settlement from 2017 - 2021 on the tax authority system, released by Hoang Nguyen Hai One Member Co., Ltd. at Van Ly quarry, in Pho Phong commune (now Nguyen Nghiem commune), is different from the data of the Verification Team at Da Nang City Tax Department.
Accordingly, the data declared for settlement on the tax authority system is 516,372 m3, while the data of the Verification Team at Da Nang City Tax Department 2 is 938,234 m3.
Invoices No. 316; 351; 629; 630; 17 on the sales service list of Hoang Nguyen Hai One Member Co., Ltd. show that they have been deleted, but in the report on the use of invoices (BC26/AC) on the system of the Da Nang City Tax Department 2 is monitored and has not been deleted.
Invoices No. 631; 632; 633 on the sales service list do not show the content and value of the invoices, but have been reported by Hoang Nguyen Hai One Member Co., Ltd., and have been deleted in the invoice use status report (BC26/AC) on the system of the Da Nang City Tax Department 2.
The invoices 634; 21 in the invoice usage report (BC26/AC) on the system of the Da Nang City Tax Department 2 were reported to be in use, but the sales service list of Hoang Nguyen Hai One Member Co., Ltd. did not show or declare these invoices.
From the above-mentioned and related establishments, the Tax authorities of the three provinces of Quang Ngai transferred reports on the case with signs of tax and invoice violations of Hoang Nguyen Hai One Member Co., Ltd. to the Quang Ngai Provincial Police Agency to conduct an investigation into the lack of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Taxes, and resolve them according to the provisions of law.
