Van Don Industrial Cluster was built in Trang Huong village, with a total area of nearly 53 hectares, a total investment of nearly 500 billion VND, invested by Phu Thinh Van Don Joint Stock Company.
After 3 years of implementation, the industrial park has completed all infrastructure, including wastewater treatment systems, traffic networks, sidewalks, drainage, landscape trees, etc.
The industrial cluster is arranged with 4 main functional areas, ready to attract secondary investors to develop the following industries: food production and processing; beverage production; garment and footwear; wood processing and products from wood, bamboo and rattan; industrial gas production, pharmaceuticals, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs; mechanical engineering and equipment installation; metal processing and processing services in the direction of industry linkage chains.
The project not only contributes to diversifying the economic structure, enhancing the value of industrial production, creating stable jobs for local workers, but also actively contributes to the budget and promotes sustainable development.
The completion of Van Don Industrial Park opens up land funds to attract secondary investors, serving the relocation of small and medium-sized industrial establishments that cause environmental pollution or are not in accordance with urban planning, in the spirit of Resolution 201/NQ-HDND dated July 30, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council.
