The 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, took place from September 25 to 27.
In order to create a vibrant atmosphere, cheering on cadres, party members and people, the work of visual propaganda and encouragement has been implemented synchronously throughout the province.
Agencies, units, schools, and localities have decorated flags, slogans, billboards, posters, LED screens, basic loudspeaker systems, along with miniatures and "check-in" points on main roads, administrative centers, and residential areas.
From September 23 to October 5, 2025, at the Planning Palace, the Provincial Fair and Exhibition will take place to display and introduce books, newspapers, documents; exhibit documentary photos and cheering paintings.
The program is chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in coordination with the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television, and the Provincial Journalists Association. Open free of charge to serve people and tourists from 9:00 to 22:00 every day.
From September 24 to 25, 2025, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will coordinate with the Department of Construction, the Provincial Police and departments, branches, sectors and localities to organize a parade to celebrate the Congress.
From September 25 to October 5, 2025, at the Provincial Planning Palace, the Provincial Fair and Exhibition will host the 5-year Quang Ninh Provincial Socio-Economic Development Achievements Exhibition (2020 - 2025) with the theme: "Quang Ninh is confident, steadfast, and makes strong progress in the new era with the nation". Open to the public and visitors free of charge from 9am to 10pm every day.
In particular, an art program to successfully celebrate the Congress with the theme "Quang Ninh - Strong strides under the glorious Party flag" will take place at 7:30 p.m. on September 27, 2025 at October 30 Square, Ha Long Ward.
These activities contribute to honoring the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ninh province, while affirming the determination to build a rich, civilized and happy Quang Ninh.
