Before becoming Deputy Minister of Finance, Mr. Bui Van Khang held the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province.
Mr. Bui Van Khang was born in 1971, hometown An Binh commune, Kien Xuong district, Thai Binh province, has a master's degree in public administration, bachelor's degree in law, and a high level of political theory.
