The property auction will start from 2:30 p.m. on June 16, 2025, at the headquarters of Hoanh Bo Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. in Hoanh Bo ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province.
The auctioned property name: Adhesive wood, pineapple, used from protective forests as planted forests (except for natural timber trees in the lot that must be left behind and not cut down or exploited). The assets are sold in whole lots according to the current status of the assets.
Property characteristics: Adhesive wood, majestic pine trees with a diameter of ≥ 3 cm, length of ≥ 1 m. The total designed exploitation area is 197.80 hectares. This is a planted forest damaged by Storm No. 3 (Yagi), with fallen trees in many areas.
The starting price of the auctioned assets is VND 6,459,000,000.
According to the Quang Ninh Property Auction Service Center, interested units and individuals can see the assets in the forest expected to be auctioned in Hoa Binh commune, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh province, from June 3 to June 5, 2025 (office hours).
According to statistics, Quang Ninh has about 133,000 hectares of forest damaged by storm Yagi. Of which, over 92,000 hectares of forest were damaged over 50%, mainly planted forests with pine, acacia, and eucalyptus species. The total damage to forestry is about 6,573 billion VND.
Hoanh Bo Forestry One Member Co., Ltd. is one of the largest forest growing units in Quang Ninh and suffered heavy damage due to storm Yagi, with about 3,900 hectares of protective forests and production forests affected, accounting for 88% of the unit's planted forest area. Of which, production forests from the 2nd to the 7th year have suffered a total damage of about 2,730 hectares.
