Revenue grows by 36%, profit doubles
In 2025, Tasco recorded consolidated revenue of 52.533 billion VND, equal to 136% of the previous year. Consolidated after-tax profit reached 630 billion VND, more than double that of 2024. If excluding the impact of trade advantage allocation and asset revaluation, after-tax profit in 2025 reached 993 billion VND. Along with that, total assets reached 52. 231 billion VND, an increase of 80.19%, owner's equity reached 17,942 billion VND, an increase of 55.33%. This result shows that Tasco is not only expanding its scale, but is also gradually improving operational efficiency. Intelligent transportation infrastructure and automobile services (Mobility) continue to be Tasco's growth pillars. Mobility pillars, including Tasco Auto, VETC, Carpla and related financial and banking services, achieved consolidated revenue of 38,048 billion VND.
Tasco Auto: Infrastructure completion, ready for long-term vision
In the auto distribution segment, Tasco Auto recorded revenue of 37.375 billion VND, with a sales volume of 37.639 vehicles, equivalent to a market share of 14.2% (according to VAMA).
In 2025, the company also built a Mobility infrastructure system expanded to more than 220 business locations nationwide, including 150 showrooms and more than 70 Carpla service workshops, human resources infrastructure, ERP - operating technology, product and comprehensive service pipelines from popular cars to luxury cars, downstream services (3S service workshops, quick services, spare parts - accessories, VETC rescue...). In particular, at the end of December 2025, VETC officially put into operation the national 24/7 rescue center, currently owning the largest number of rescue vehicles in the country with more than 300 vehicles, covering 100% of communes and wards.
2025 also recorded a new step forward for Tasco in expanding its product portfolio, especially in the new energy vehicle group. The enterprise officially launched the Geely brand in Vietnam and rapidly developed its distribution system nationwide; while continuing to expand the product range of Lynk & Co. In the luxury vehicle segment, Volvo continues to consolidate its position with hybrid, plug-in hybrid and electric vehicle lines. Expanding the portfolio into many segments helps Tasco increase its reach to customers, while creating a premise for value-added services accompanying it throughout the life cycle of vehicle ownership and use.
VETC - Digital Hub: Specialized digital platform serving 100% of customers who own and use cars
In parallel with physical infrastructure, Tasco's digital platform continues to be strengthened through VETC. The company has deployed the first digital products to serve VETC's customers such as nationwide rescue products, civil liability insurance products, and prepaid and postpaid financial products. In 2025, VETC achieved VND 666 billion in revenue, up 35% over the same period; maintaining 75% of the non-stop toll collection market share, connecting 136 stations and 765 highway lanes nationwide. The system handles an average of 1.8 million transactions per day, peaking at 2.3 million transactions/day, with a total of more than 700 million transactions in the year. VETC currently has 4.3 million customers on the application, of which 3 million customers use VETC wallets, and is being expanded from the ETC platform to services such as parking lots, airports, loyalty, rescue and payment.

Insurance sector breakthrough growth, reaching important milestones
Total insurance premiums reached 1,564 billion VND, an increase of 141% compared to the previous year, equivalent to more than 1 million contracts exploited in the year. After just over two years of operation, Tasco Insurance has risen to the group of 7 leading enterprises in motor vehicle insurance market share, with a network of 35 branches nationwide.
Financial sector, expanding financial products for customers
Tasco continues to cooperate with partners to improve the ecosystem through financial solutions such as Co-lending (car loans), BNPL (pre-purchase, post-payment) and Master Mobility Co-brand cards with specialized privileges for car owners and users. Total outstanding loans for car purchase reached more than 5,000 billion VND in 2025.
Investment segment: Investment activities have entered an effective cycle
DNP Holding's official becoming a subsidiary from the end of 2025 has expanded the development space for Tasco in essential and sustainable service areas such as clean water, environment, building materials, and consumption. In 2025, DNP's consolidated revenue reached more than 9,677 billion VND, but DNP Holding only merged into Tasco from December 2025, so it has only contributed about 1,171 billion VND in revenue to the overall results of the system.
In addition, in the resort real estate segment, two high-class resorts Six Senses Ninh Van Bay and Ana Mandara Da Lat continue to maintain exploitation efficiency, bringing in VND 467 billion in revenue and more than VND 282 billion in gross profit, an increase of 19% compared to 2024.
Real estate is expected to make an important contribution to profit growth in the coming time
The Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside Urban Project (17.3 ha) in the center of Phu Tho has started construction on March 1, 2026, the Chi Dong - Me Linh project (40 ha) has an adjusted 1/500 plan, has cleared over 63% of the site, and is completing legal procedures for implementation at the end of 2026. With the policy and resolutions to remove BT projects, the company will also focus on completing legal procedures for the Unit 1 - Xuan Phuong project (31.4 ha) in the near future.
Effectively exploiting the ecosystem in 2026Based on the platforms that have been strengthened in 2025, Tasco identifies this year's focus as effectively exploiting the ecosystem in depth, strengthening links between operating segments, optimizing operation and enhancing customer experience throughout the system.
Accordingly, Tasco will launch the Tasco Mobility digital platform, and expand value-added services on the VETC platform.
In parallel with technology, Tasco continues to delve deeper into the Mobility value chain. In 2026, the enterprise plans to implement a domestic assembly (CKD) project, optimize ASEAN regional supply and strengthen connections between showrooms, service workshops, CRM, spare parts, quick service, rescue and after-sales services, payment services, co-branded cards and lending to customers to spend on car services, in order to extend customer value throughout the car's life cycle.

The insurance segment is positioned to enter a growth cycle of scale along with improving efficiency. Financial services continue to be developed with more flexible solutions for car users.
In the field of investment, Tasco continues to focus on essential service industries, associated with green transformation and sustainable development, including clean water projects in Region 1, Trang Bang project, completing procedures for clean water projects in Region 2...
In the real estate sector, focus on implementing the Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside project; speed and decisively complete legal procedures at Foresa Xuan Phuong, Chi Dong... projects.
At the General Meeting, Tasco presented shareholders with a 2026 plan with total consolidated revenue reaching 54,918 billion VND, pre-tax profit and pre-tax profit expected to reach 1,599 billion VND (excluding trade advantage allocation and asset revaluation), reaching 1,083 billion VND (if trade advantage has been allocated and asset revaluation).
