The project is oriented to develop into a modern, synchronous living space according to international standards, contributing to rebuilding the central urban space and forming new living standards in the ancestral land.
This is the first project started by Tasco in 2026, associated with the orientation of building an investment ecosystem based on technology, connecting smart transportation infrastructure, insurance and investment in essential services. With advantages in land fund, complete legal status and planning according to international standards, Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside is identified as one of Tasco's important investment projects in the current period, contributing to business efficiency and long-term growth capacity of the enterprise.

The project is built on a prime location in Anh Dung street, Thanh Mieu ward, located between two key traffic axes, Hung Vuong avenue and Lac Long Quan street. The land includes the entire 7.5 ha area belonging to factory No. 1 of CMC Joint Stock Company previously, along with 4.8 ha of lake area, green trees and about 5 ha of existing traffic infrastructure and residential area.
Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside is developed into a closed high-class villa area with a limited scale of only 92 detached villas, each with an average area of 300m2. The overall design is in Indochinese and Tropical style, planned with a low density of less than 60%, forming a limited elite community, where each owner enjoys tranquility, privacy and different living privileges.
The overall plan allocates a lot of area for the system of lakes and green trees, creating an ecologically balanced and harmonious living environment with nature. The internal amenities system is synchronously invested according to high-class standards, including high-class amenities such as sports areas, community living areas, restaurants, parks and lakeside landscape systems, fully meeting the living, resort and community connection needs of residents.

The value of Legacy - heritage is expressed from the very location of the project located in the homeland of the dragon and fairy descendants, the sacred land of the Hung Kings. This place also marks Tien Cat Lang (ie Tien Temple) associated with Thuy To Quoc Mau, along with the banyan tree planted by former President Tran Duc Luong in 2000 as a living witness connecting the past with the present. That spirit is continued in the language of design, where architecture not only creates living space, but also preserves and elevates the value of heritage, lasting through many generations.
Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside is detailed 1/500 and architecturally designed by WATG (USA), a leading architectural and planning consulting group in the world with more than 80 years of experience, having implemented many iconic urban and resort projects in Vietnam and around the world.
Planning and architecture are carried out under the guidance of architect Chris Panfil, graduated from MIT and Princeton, two of the leading prestigious universities in the United States. The project's design thinking aims to balance international standards and local identity, creating a living space that is both modern and culturally rich.
Interior design is carried out by Noor Design (UK), combining the elegant Indochine spirit with contemporary Tropical style, creating luxurious, sophisticated and emotional living spaces. The landscape is created by LJ-Group, with a philosophy of putting nature at the center, creating a green ecosystem, water surface and open space throughout the urban area.
The project is developed according to a design philosophy including five core values: luxurious living standards, sophisticated architecture, green living space, standard resort living experience and honoring Vietnamese cultural identity.
Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside is one of the pioneering projects implementing the policy of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the overall plan to relocate industrial production facilities at risk of environmental pollution out of the inner city of Viet Tri. The reconstruction of the former factory land area into a modern urban area will not only contribute to improving the living environment, but also improve the quality of urban space and create new development momentum for the city. The project is expected to be implemented in stages and completed by the end of 2027.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Phan Trong Tan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho province said: "This is an important event, marking a new step in the urban embellishment process, especially within the project scope, there is consensus on site clearance, relocation of CMC brick factory in accordance with the policy and plan to relocate the production facility out of Viet Tri urban area before 2030 of Phu Tho province, receiving high consensus from the people.
