On December 4, informing reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Do Van Son - Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Sinh Commune, Dien Bien Province, said that the working delegation of Mavin Group Joint Stock Company had just had a working session with the commune government and representatives of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Finance to survey and invest in a high-tech agricultural project.
Accordingly, the project " Mavin Dien Bien High-Tech Livestock and Processing Complex" is expected to be implemented on an area of 200-250 hectares of land. The total investment is about 400-450 billion VND.
The project includes the following items: Livestock factory producing 36,000 tons/year; agricultural product processing factory (corn, cassava) 50,000 tons/year; organic fertilizer factory producing 1,000 tons/year; pig breeding center with a scale of 9,600 sows, providing 160,000 pigs/year.
Notably, Mavin Group (investor) plans to reserve about 160 hectares to build a " Biosupporting Forest Area" to protect the environment, while helping to absorb about 20,000 - 21,000 tons of emissions/year.

According to the investor, when put into operation, the project is expected to contribute about 80 billion VND/year to the state budget. Creating jobs for about 300 direct workers and thousands of jobs at the Group's processing farms.
In addition, the project also supports people in developing corn, cassava and other agricultural products to serve the production of animal feed. Providing a good source of organic fertilizer, serving local crops.
It is expected that after completing the investment licensing procedures, the project will be implemented in the first quarter of 2026.
