On May 25, Da Nang City People's Committee issued a document to investors and economic organizations in the area, requesting them to urgently report information on projects and land areas with prolonged backlogs and problems to serve the work of reviewing, summarizing, classifying and proposing handling plans according to regulations.
According to the proposal of the Chairman of the City People's Committee, investors and economic organizations must report on the project implementation situation, backlog land, slow implementation or prolonged difficulties and obstacles. At the same time, provide complete information and legal documents. The report content includes cases that have been considered and resolved by the city's state management agencies but still have difficulties and obstacles.
To serve the review and propose handling plans, investors need to base on central regulations to review and report specific difficulties and causes. In which, clearly classify the contents of problems in the fields of land, planning, investment, construction, financial obligations or other related contents. On that basis, propose specific contents that need to be considered for removal and support handling to create conditions to continue project implementation, put land into effective exploitation and use, and limit prolonged and wasteful use of social resources.
Regarding the receiving process, based on the nature of difficulties, obstacles and specialized agencies that are handling dossiers, businesses send written petitions attached to the appendix summarizing project information to relevant departments, agencies, and branches for handling according to their authority. At the same time, report to the City People's Committee (through the Department of Finance) for monitoring and summarizing general reports. For contents in the fields of investment, finance or petitions related to the Department of Finance, dossiers are sent directly to the Da Nang City Department of Finance.
In case of needing to exchange and guide, businesses should contact the Department of Finance (Private Economics Department) directly via contact phone number 0236.3891352 or at the address 8th floor, City Administrative Center for support.
The deadline for receiving dossiers and documents from investors and economic organizations is before May 31, 2026. After the above deadline, if investors and economic organizations do not have written reflections or recommendations, they are considered to have no difficulties or obstacles that need to be considered for removal in this review.
Coordinating to provide complete, truthful and timely information is the basis for the city to review, summarize, consider and remove arising difficulties and obstacles; contributing to accelerating the project implementation progress, improving land use efficiency, limiting loss and waste, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of investors and economic organizations in accordance with legal regulations.
