Currently, 100% of power lines and 10kV transformer stations have been restored to power.
Currently, support shock troops and units have been assigned to participate in the repair in specific damaged areas in Ha Tinh and Nghe An. Units are actively planning to organize a remedial plan (temporary plan) to restore power supply to customers as soon as possible.
Ha Tinh area is actively completing the counting work, on the morning of August 26, a meeting was held to assign leaders and instructions, each group, each shock team to each damaged area to coordinate the implementation of the repair work.
At the same time, he directed units and departments to strive to overcome and restore power supply according to the temporary plan for important loads such as commune centers, wards, police agencies, hospitals, water plants... tonight, August 26, 2025 and strive to supply power to all customers before August 29, 2025.
During the working session of General Director of the Northern Power Corporation Nguyen Duc Thien and the working delegation directly inspected and worked with PC Thanh Hoa on the work of responding to and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5, Mr. Thien emphasized that restoring power supply is an urgent task but safety must be given top priority.
In the context of heavy rain, flash floods and landslides still tieminning, units need to closely monitor water levels to promptly have power outages, flexible operation, and ensure safety for people and construction forces.
At the same time, it is necessary to proactively mobilize materials, equipment, means and human resources to restore power to key areas, essential infrastructure and important customers; develop appropriate plans for flooded and isolated areas.

For mountainous areas and areas cut off by floods, there must be a separate plan, suitable to actual conditions.

Currently, EVNNPC has mobilized specialized departments and shock teams from many power companies in the Corporation and some contractors moving to support damaged units. After counting the specific amount of damage, additional adjustments will be made accordingly under the direct direction of the General Director and Deputy General Directors of the Corporation.
With a total of 569 people from EVNNPC and EVNCPC shock teams, the Northern Power Industry is determined to fix the problem as soon as possible, restore power to all units as soon as possible.
