In the context of heavy rain, flash floods and landslides still tieminning, units need to closely monitor water levels to promptly have power outages, flexible operation, and ensure safety for people and construction forces.

At the same time, it is necessary to proactively mobilize materials, equipment, means and human resources to restore power to key areas, essential infrastructure and important customers; develop appropriate plans for flooded and isolated areas.

After the survey, the Corporation's leaders requested units to immediately deploy all plans when safety conditions allow, first focusing on temporary power supply to quickly reduce the number of customers without power.

Power Management Teams must take the initiative in their work and flexibly coordinate with contractors to speed up progress. At the same time, there needs to be a focal point to summarize damage, regulate materials appropriately, and make detailed plans for each area. For mountainous areas and areas cut off by floods, there must be a separate plan, suitable to actual conditions.
