    In the Northern region, the price of live pigs ranges from 56,000 - 58,000 VND/kg. Among them, the price of live pigs in Thai Nguyen and Lang Son decreased by 1,000 VND/kg. Lang Son, Lai Chau, Son La have live pig prices of 56,000 VND/kg. Bac Ninh and Hai Phong are the two localities with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 58,000 VND/kg.

    In the Southern region, the price of live pigs today decreased slightly by VND 1,000/kg in Ho Chi Minh City (to VND 59,000/kg) and Vinh Long (to VND 58,000/kg). The same rate of 58,000 VND/kg is also in the Can Tho area. Ca Mau is the province with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 60,000 VND/kg.
