World oil price today
World oil prices today decreased simultaneously. At the end of the weekend trading session, WTI crude oil was at 65.16 USD/barrel, down 0.87 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 1.32%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 75.03 USD/barrel, opening the weekend session at 65.15 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 68.44 USD/barrel, down 0.74 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 1.07%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 69.18 USD/barrel and opened the weekend session at 69.36 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices fell sharply in the last session of the week. According to analysts, oil prices have decreased due to negative signals from the US and Chinese economies, along with increasing supply.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On July 26, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil has been adjusted according to the price of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade since 3:00 p.m. on July 24.
Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 202 VND/liter; RON95-III gasoline decreased by 216 VND/liter; diesel increased by 330 VND/liter, kerosene increased by 199 VND/liter, and mazut alone decreased by 99 VND/kg.
Notably, in this price management period, the price of E10 gasoline was announced by the units. Currently, the price of this product is about 200 VND/liter higher than the price of E5 biofuel.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price adjustment period, retail prices of gasoline may decrease slightly. The decrease is about 100 VND/liter.
