World oil price today
World oil prices today increased simultaneously. At 12:34, WTI crude oil was at 69.69 USD/barrel, up 0.06 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.09%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 69.65 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 69.83 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 73.10 USD/barrel, up 0.04 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.05%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 73.06 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 73.34 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices are on the rise. At the end of the session on March 26, Brent and WTI oil prices increased by 1.05% and 0.94%, respectively. In today's session, both oil products continued to increase.
According to analysts, world oil prices are supported by decreased US gasoline and oil inventories and growing concerns about tight global supply after the US threatened to impose tariffs on countries buying Venezuela's crude oil.
Limiting oil price increases during the session is a prospect of more abundant Russian oil flows in the market after the US reached an agreement with Ukraine and Russia to temporarily suspend attacks at sea and target energy goals, in which Washington agreed to promote the lifting of some sanctions against Moscow.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On March 27, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 (46 provinces and cities are applying) are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade in the price management session on the afternoon of March 21, 2025. Accordingly, gasoline prices have increased simultaneously.
E5 RON 92 gasoline price increased by VND 414/liter, RON 95-III gasoline increased by VND 438/liter, kerosene increased by VND 28/liter, diesel decreased by VND 5/liter, mazut decreased by VND 40/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the price adjustment period this afternoon, gasoline prices may increase.
In particular, the price of RON 95 - III gasoline is forecast to increase by about 345 VND/liter; E5 gasoline increases by about 343 VND/liter; Diesel increases by about 327 VND/liter.
