World oil price today
World oil prices are on the way to recovery. At the end of yesterday's trading session (November 27), WTI oil and Brent oil increased by 0.77% and 0.33%, respectively.
In this morning's session, both items continued to maintain transactions in the closing price area of the previous session. At 10:05 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 69.05 USD/barrel, down 0.05 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.08%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 69.10 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 69.02 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 62.96 USD/barrel, up 0.09 USD/barrel, equivalent to an increase of 0.14%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 62.87 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 62.83 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices increased slightly as investors were watching the possibility that negotiations to end the conflict in Ukraine could make progress. However, market liquidity is low due to the Thanksgiving holiday in the US.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On November 28, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil was adjusted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance from 3:00 p.m. on November 27.
Accordingly, gasoline prices have decreased simultaneously. E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by VND 519/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by VND 533/liter, diesel decreased by VND 1,026/liter, kerosene decreased by VND 815/liter and mazut decreased by VND 251/kg.

+ Hai Linh warehouse, Hai Phong: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,200 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,100 VND/liter.
+ Bac Ninh warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,050 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 850 VND/liter.
+ Nghi Son warehouse: Diesel 0.05S - II: 1,250 VND/liter; RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,050 VND/liter.
- Tu Luc Petroleum Joint Stock Company 1:
+ Diesel 0.05S - II: VND1,150/liter;
+ Diesel 0.001S-V: 950 VND/liter;
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter;
+ E5 gasoline: 1,000 VND/liter.
- MIPEC Petro Petroleum Trading Company Limited (applicable to the Northern region):
+ RON 95 - III gasoline: 900 VND/liter.
+ Diesel 0.05S-II: 800 VND/liter.
+ Diesel 0.05S: 1,000 VND/liter.
Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may have a negative adjustment in the direction of increasing gasoline prices and decreasing oil prices.
