World oil prices today
World gasoline and oil prices fluctuated unexpectedly. At the end of yesterday's trading session, WTI oil prices increased slightly by 0.5%, while Brent oil decreased by 0.5%.
By this morning's session, both oil commodities simultaneously fell sharply, the deepest decrease ever since the US attacked Iran.
At 7:03 am (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil price was at 94.20 USD/barrel, down 18.75 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 16.60%. WTI oil closed the previous trading session at 112.95 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 108.95 USD/barrel.
Brent oil price was at 91.88 USD/barrel, down 13.25 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 12.06%. Brent oil price closed the previous trading session at 105.13 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 105.12 USD/barrel.
According to analysts, world oil prices plummeted after signs of cooling tensions in Iran appeared, when the US announced the cessation of attacks and Israel expressed its willingness to negotiate with Tehran.
US President Donald Trump said that a 2-week ceasefire agreement would depend on Iran's approval to open completely, immediately and ensure the safety of the Strait of Hormuz. He also said that the US has received a 10-point proposal from Iran, which is considered a feasible basis for negotiations.
Most of the previous disagreements between the US and Iran have been resolved, but it will take about 2 weeks to complete and implement the agreement," Mr. Trump wrote on social media.

According to a representative of a gasoline and oil business, domestic gasoline and oil prices will fluctuate according to the world gasoline and oil situation. According to current market developments, it is predicted that in the next price adjustment period, retail gasoline and oil prices may decrease.
In which:
- RON 95 - III gasoline reduced by about 200 VND/liter;
- E5 RON 92 - II gasoline reduced by about 400 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil reduced by more than 4,000 VND/liter.
