Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Home Affairs to preside over guiding and urging the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones to issue plans and organize people's opinions; send draft projects and related documents; complete before April 7, 2026; transfer people's opinion forms to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones before April 10, 2026.
People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones organize the issuance of opinion forms to households; guide the recording of forms; collect forms; complete before May 9, 2026.
