World oil price today
World oil prices today decreased simultaneously. At 11:19 (Vietnam time), WTI crude oil was at 68.24 USD/barrel, down 0.09 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.13%. WTI crude oil closed the previous trading session at 68.33 USD/barrel, opening today's session at 67.91 USD/barrel.
Brent oil was at 70.06 USD/barrel, down 0.09 USD/barrel, equivalent to a decrease of 0.13%. Brent oil closed the previous trading session at 70.15 USD/barrel and opened today's session at 70.01 USD/barrel.
Thus, world oil prices fluctuated strongly with a large range. After falling sharply in yesterday morning's session, world oil prices suddenly reversed and increased sharply, ending yesterday's trading session (6.), Brent oil prices - the highest increase since the end of July 6; WTI oil increased by 0.8% and 0.6% respectively.
Domestic gasoline prices today
On July 9, retail gasoline prices according to the price list announced by Petrolimex in regions 1 and 2 are as follows:
The above domestic retail price of gasoline and oil has been adjusted according to the price of the Ministry of Finance - Industry and Trade since 3:00 p.m. on July 3. Accordingly, E5RON92 gasoline price decreased by 1,085 VND/liter, RON95-III gasoline decreased by 1,210 VND/liter; diesel price decreased by 941 VND/liter; kerosene decreased by 932 VND/liter; mazut decreased by 1,148 VND/kg.

Forecast of domestic gasoline prices in the coming period
According to a representative of a petroleum business, domestic petroleum prices will fluctuate according to the world petroleum situation. According to current market developments, it is forecasted that in the next price management period, retail prices of gasoline may increase simultaneously;
Of which, RON 95 - III gasoline price is forecast to increase by about 140 VND/liter; E5 RON 92 - II gasoline increases by about 170 VND/liter; Diesel increases by about 370 VND/liter
