The company is committed to transparency in prices, ensuring quality and continuing to expand its distribution network, cooperating extensively with retail systems in Hai Phong in the coming time.
Freezing - a solution to keep agricultural product prices
On May 30, 2025, Vietnam's first batch of frozen durian with 22 tons was successfully exported to China by Vina M&B Export and Trading Company Limited through Mong Cai International Border Gate (Quang Ninh).

This is the result after Vietnam and China signed a Protocol on the export of frozen durian in August 2024.
The batch of goods must be clearly traced, produced according to food safety standards and have strict quality control.
Durian products are frozen with oxygen, frozen, complying with HACCP standards, controlling the entire production chain to ensure quality when bringing products to the world.
Mr. Vo Trung Tinh - Head of 9EM-BA Cooperative (Hau Giang) - currently growing 40 hectares of Monthong Thai durian - said: At the beginning of the durian crop, the price was about 110,000 VND/kg, up to now (month of 6), the price of durian in the garden is about 70,000 VND/kg. We are studying investment in refrigeration for winter storage. When prices drop, you can keep your goods, and sell them at the right time to the market, to avoid being forced to price by traders.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan - Director of Thanh Loan Import-Export Company - said: The market developments always go up and down in the form of sin wave, at the time of reaching the peak. If there is a good freezing system, even if there are problems in transportation and shipping time, exporters like us will be less worried. It is like some years, when fresh durian exports are stuck at border gates, we have to call for help because the ripe fruit cannot be left longer.
According to the Vietnam Fruit and Vegetable Association, the Vietnamese fruit and vegetable industry aims to export 8 billion USD in 2025 with fresh and frozen durian as the main driving force.
Every year, the Chinese market imports about 7 billion USD of fresh durian, this figure is expected to exceed 10 billion USD in the short term. China is currently spending up to $1 billion to import frozen durian. Therefore, Vietnam's durian export target in 2025 is 3.5 billion USD.
