On January 14, the Can Tho Mega Sale 2026 branded goods promotion event officially opened, welcoming people to visit and shop. The activity is organized by the Can Tho City Department of Industry and Trade in coordination with BigBang Trading and Service Co., Ltd. branded goods.

Can Tho Mega Sale 2026 gathers more than 500 famous international and domestic brands, with deep discounts of up to 80%. Notably, this is a large-scale centralized promotion program, appearing for the first time in the Western capital. Thereby, stimulating consumer demand, contributing to the city's economic growth target in 2026.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Director of Can Tho City Department of Industry and Trade Ha Vu Son informed that, with a scale of more than 100 booths introducing a variety of product lines, Can Tho Mega Sale 2026 is expected to create a major boost for commercial and service activities in the locality. In particular, this will be an important and breakthrough event in providing high-quality goods at reasonable prices for city residents and the Mekong Delta region.
The Director of the City Department of Industry and Trade also requested the Trade Management Department to closely coordinate with the unit to implement the plan and announced contents correctly. The Market Management force will closely monitor booths, check the origin of products to prevent and combat trade fraud and counterfeit goods. Thereby, ensuring the program achieves the highest efficiency and protects consumer rights.

The booths participating in the program were also reminded to be dedicated and enthusiastic in serving customers, building a good impression of the business culture of Can Tho people. Participating businesses must sign commitments to strictly comply with regulations on origin and product quality.
The program opens to serve people from 9 - 10 pm daily, lasting until January 18, at Muong Thanh luxury Can Tho Hotel. The Organizing Committee has established a hotline to receive information reflecting counterfeit goods at the City Market Management Sub-Department so that people can promptly inform when detecting signs of violations.
