According to Mr. Thai, Ha Long Canned Food is a national brand, associated with many generations of Vietnamese people, especially students, workers, and busy workers.

As one of the consumers who regularly use it, Mr. Thai considers the above incident to be a betrayal of customer trust and unacceptable.
Although the manufacturing unit understands very well who their customers are, they use dirty raw materials for profit. This is not only a violation in business, but also an act of disregarding the health, even the lives of consumers" - Mr. Thai emphasized.
Similarly, Ms. Nguyen An Khanh (25 years old, Hai Phong) said that for many days she has been wondering and worried when following information related to the incident, wondering if she and her family have ever used products with infected raw materials or not.
From a young age, my family has regularly used instant sausages and Ha Long pate. These are boxed items associated with breakfast and snacks, becoming the childhood flavor of many people. Because they are too familiar, we almost never doubt the quality or safety" - Ms. Khanh shared.
According to her, that familiarity makes the feeling of anxiety even more obvious when negative information appears. "When I hear the news, I not only think of myself but also think of my parents, younger siblings in the house - those who have used these products for many years. A feeling of confusion" - she said.
Ms. Khanh believes that with a long-standing and popular brand like Ha Long Canned Food, the responsibility to consumers lies not only in the standard declaration stage, but also in transparency and ethics in business.
Consumer confidence has been built over many generations, but just one incident like this can collapse" - Ms. Khanh expressed.
Goods shelves "disappear" from Ha Long boxed food products
