The cooperation agreement will allow the two sides to coordinate to create broader impacts in the journey to promote green transformation, through cooperation in communication and promotion of electric vehicles, developing and implementing preferential policies, supporting Grab drivers to buy electric motorbikes. At the same time, the two sides also focus on coordinating to build an electric vehicle ecosystem that sustainably supports technology drivers.
For Grab, this is the next important step to promote the platform's green transformation, while promoting green transportation and contributing more positively to the Net Zero process in Vietnam. The cooperation with Dat Bike helps expand Grab's network of partners in the field of green transformation, including electric vehicle manufacturers, banks and financial institutions, electric vehicle charging station infrastructure providers... Thanks to that, more and more Grab driver partners can easily access many electric vehicle lines with preferential price policies, thereby being more proactive and ready to switch to environmentally friendly vehicles.
On Dat Bike's side, connecting businesses with the same vision, from technology platforms to financial institutions, will create a sustainable ecosystem, helping the green transformation process take place faster and more comprehensively.

The cooperation agreement includes the following main areas of cooperation:
1. Cooperation to promote communication and promotion of electric motorbikes
2. Develop and implement preferential policies for Grab driver partners when purchasing electric motorbikes
3. Promoting the construction of an electric vehicle ecosystem to sustainably support technology drivers
Immediately after signing the cooperation agreement, the two sides implemented incentive programs for Grab driver partners as follows:
● Dat Bike applies a promotion program with a 10-year battery warranty upgrade package exclusively for Grab's driver partners. From November 1, 2025 to December 12, 2025, Grab's driver partner will receive a direct discount of VND 2 million when buying this warranty package. The promotion will be adjusted to 1 million VND from December 13, 2025 until further notice.
● Grab deploys a promotion program to support Grab driver partners in converting to electric motorbikes. From November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, the first 2,000 driver partners who complete Dat Bike conversion procedures will have the opportunity to receive a reward of up to 1.5 million VND from Grab.
