Consumers said that they prioritize shopping early to avoid crowds, and at the same time take advantage of promotional programs.

According to records, stalls for cakes, jams, soft drinks, frozen foods and household appliances serving Tet have also begun to attract customer interest. Supermarkets increase inventory

Mr. Nguyen Duc Toan - CEO of MM Mega Market Vietnam, said that compared to Tet 2025, the total inventory of businesses this year increased by 10-30% depending on each industry group.

Mr. Toan added that the MM supermarket system will implement many promotional programs in each stage. Each program focuses on about 500 items, prioritizing essential products, best-selling goods, seasonal goods and strategic industries. Diverse forms of incentives such as direct discounts, buying at many good prices, buying 1 get 1 free, buying 2 get 1 free, savings combo and gifts, with attractive incentives in selected programs.
