According to the Department of Industry and Trade of Dak Lak province, as of March 2025, the whole province has 8 industrial clusters in operation, including: Tan An 1, Tan An 2, Ea dar, Cu Kuin, Krong Buk 1, M'Drak, Ea Ral and Ea Le.
Currently, there are 3 industrial clusters that have been decided to be established and are in the process of completing documents to be approved for investment policy and attract investors.
These industrial clusters include: Hoa Son Industrial Cluster (Krong Bong district), Buon Cham Industrial Cluster (Krong Ana district), and Tan Tien Industrial Cluster (Krong Pac district).
The total land area serving industrial activities in the province is 299 hectares. Of which, 278 hectares have been leased to enterprises, reaching an occupancy rate of about 92%.
This area includes leased land and land of projects with investment policies.
In the industrial clusters in operation, 179 investment projects have been approved, with a total registered capital of about VND 7,000 billion, attracting about 6,500 workers.
Regarding the investment situation in building technical infrastructure in industrial clusters including centralized wastewater treatment systems.
Currently, Tan An 1 and Tan An 2 industrial clusters have completed over 95% of the overall construction volume. These two clusters are being planted with probiotics, activated sludge treatment and connection of wastewater systems from factories to serve the trial operation.
Ea dar Industrial Cluster has completed construction and is continuing to connect the technical infrastructure system with factories operating in the cluster.
Meanwhile, Ea Le Industrial Cluster is currently implementing site clearance to serve the construction of an internal traffic system.
In the first quarter of 2025, the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to establish the Buon Cham industrial cluster. The locality is also in the process of selecting investors to build technical infrastructure for Tan Tien Industrial Cluster, Krong Pac District.
