Through inspection of a business household owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi Nh, the authorities reviewed and counted all 2 warehouses of the establishment and discovered a total of 137,899 kg of various types of clothes, including 94,039 kg of used clothes. The owner could not present invoices, documents, or documents proving their origin. All of the above goods were then temporarily detained by the authorities for handling according to the provisions of law.
Based on the inspection results and the level of violation, the Market Management Department of Hai Phong City issued a decision to administratively fine Ms. Nh's business household VND 52.5 million. The value of the infringing goods was determined to be 752,312,000 VND. Accordingly, the City Market Management Department will auction all 94,039 kg of used clothes in the above violation.
