This project has 3 large-value construction packages including:
Package No. 25 (XL): Construction and installation of No. 01 - Carry out construction and installation of construction items from Km16+165 to Km21+112 - priced at more than 82.5 billion VND.
Package No. 26 (XL): Construction and installation of No. 02 - Carry out construction and installation of construction items from Km21+112 to Km28+504 - priced at more than 117 billion VND.
Package No. 27 (XL): Construction and installation of No. 03 - Carry out construction and installation of construction items from Km28+504 to Km34+324 - priced at nearly 124 billion VND.
According to the reporter's investigation, on October 10, the People's Committee of Ta Khoa commune issued Decision No. 464/QD-UBND, approving the results of contractor selection for Package No. 25 (XL): Construction and installation of No. 01.
As a result of the bidding, the Hoang Minh - Tien Anh consortium including Tien Anh Construction and Trading Company Limited and Hoang Minh Tay Bac Construction Joint Stock Company - won Package No. 25 with a price of more than 81.8 billion VND.
Contractors who did not win the bid because they were assessed not to meet technical requirements, including: Son La package consortium No. 01 (Thang Long Construction Joint Stock Company and Truong Thinh Construction Group Joint Stock Company), Nam - INVEST Investment Joint Stock Company.
Also on October 10, the People's Committee of Ta Khoa commune issued Decision No. 461/QD-UBND, approving the results of contractor selection for Package No. 26 (XL): Construction and installation of No. 01.
As a result of the bidding, Tien Anh Construction and Trading Company Limited continued to be approved to win Package No. 26 with a price of more than 116.7 billion VND.
Contractors who did not win the bid because they were assessed not to meet technical requirements, including: Joint Venture of 144 Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company and 1-5 Construction Company Limited, Joint Venture of Nam - INVEST Investment Joint Stock Company and HUGIA Development Investment Joint Stock Company).
For the remaining construction package - Package No. 27 (XL): Construction and installation No. 03, previously on September 23, 2025, the People's Committee of Ta Khoa commune issued Decision No. 263/QD-UBND, approving the results of contractor selection for this package.
According to the bidding results, like the two recent packages (numbers 25 and 26), Tien Anh Construction and Trading Company Limited was approved to win Package No. 27, the winning bid price was more than 123.6 billion VND (only 1 participating contractor, no failed contractor).
Thus, by independent or joint venture, Tien Anh Construction and Trading Company Limited has consecutively won all 3 construction packages of the Provincial Road 120C project (Yen Chau - Ta Khoa), the section passing through the old Bac Yen district, invested by the People's Committee of Ta Khoa commune.
Tien Anh Construction and Trading Company Limited will have to complete all 3 sections of Provincial Road 120C, about 18km long, through the old Bac Yen district within 900 days (for each package).
