In July 2025, Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department responded to Ms. L.T.D.D (residing in Nam Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province) regarding the incident of a gas station refusing to receive customer transfers.
Through the information portal of Khanh Hoa province, Ms. L.T.D.D said that on the morning of July 21, she poured gasoline at Petroleum Store No. 2 (To Huu Street, Nam Nha Trang Ward), but the store had a piece of paper with a clear "no bank transfer accepted".
Ms. D suggested that the authorities check and consider whether this violated the law or not. If so, what is the form of sanctions for this behavior?

Responding to citizens, Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department informed that the Petroleum Store is currently owned by Khanh Hoa Passenger Car Company.
Current tax laws do not require businesses to receive payment by bank transfer.
However, with the content of Ms. L.T.D.D's reflection, Khanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department has assigned a responsible department to conduct the review.
In case of detecting tax violations by Khanh Hoa Passenger Transport Company, the Tax authority will handle them in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Law.
