From May 5, 2025, the State Treasury (S treasury) will officially deploy the integration of electronic contract and framework agreement data from the National Bidding Network System (e-GP) into the Online Public Service System of the S treasury. This is considered a new step forward in the Treasury's efforts for administrative reform and digital transformation.
According to information from the State Treasury, this integration is to facilitate the budget use units in the payment process and minimize administrative procedures related to bidding documents. Specifically, for bidding packages to perform online bidding, units will not need to send a contract or frame agreement when trading with the State Treasury. Instead, the system will automatically look up information from E-GP based on the number of electronic contracts or the number of frame agreements.
To prepare for the implementation, the KBNN has proactively coordinated with the Bidding Management Department to complete the integration of electronic contract data, framework agreements and payment records from the e-GP system to the online public service system. The system upgrade process will be carried out from April 29 to May 4, 2025.
From the time of official operation, budget-using units will be able to create new payment records right on the e-GP system without having to log in separately to the KBNN's public service system as before. This solution is expected to shorten the process of processing documents, save time and costs and increase synchronization in the management of state budget payments.
KBNN representative said that connecting the sharing of electronic contract data between the treasury system and the national bidding network is an important step in the modernization journey, contributing to improving the quality of customer service and promoting the comprehensive digital transformation of the financial industry.
