(owner of Hon Gioc Mo quarry) to the Provincial Police, Provincial People's Court, Provincial People's Procuracy... to proactively inspect, handle according to authority and report the implementation results or propose and recommend (if any) according to regulations.
Previously, ADC Construction Design Consulting Co., Ltd. (ADC Company) proposed to the leaders of Khanh Hoa province regarding the change of legal representative of ADC Company until the Court and Company have decided to remedy tax debts to the State.
This is an internal dispute case of a stone mining enterprise in Khanh Hoa. It is worth mentioning that although the authorities have changed the representative, the old representative - who was the General Director, did not agree.
At the same time, the former representative has accepted all legal documents, accounting documents, and economic contracts to leave the company.
On February 20, 2025, the Department of Planning and Investment (now the Department of Finance) issued a certificate of business registration of a two-member LLC or more (18th time) to ADC Company.
Accordingly, this enterprise has a charter capital of VND 50 billion with 7 members contributing capital. Mr. Do Xuan Hieu is the legal representative with the title of General Director.
Nearly a month before, the Department of Planning and Investment issued a business registration certificate to ADC Company. This is the 17th time the tournament has been granted and Ms. Pham Thi Nhieu Dan is the General Director.
After reviewing, the Department of Planning and Investment found that the issuance of the 17th business registration certificate did not match the documents, order, and procedures, so it announced the revocation of the license.
Although the Department of Planning and Investment has revoked the business registration certificate for the 17th time, Ms. Pham Thi Nhieu Dan did not hand over legal documents, accounting documents, labor contracts, and economic contracts of the ADC - Hon Gioc Mo quarry Company Branch (a member unit of ADC Company) to the new Board of Directors to the partners.
Ms. Nhieu Dan also directed the staff to carry all these documents away from the company headquarters (with a record confirming the incident from the security company).
The leaders of the new ADC Company have issued a warning to customers about Ms. Pham Thi Nhieu Dan (former General Director of the company from January 15, 2025 to February 19, 2025) no longer being the General Director of the company.
