There are 7 investor units, locally classified quite well, including: Khanh Son district, Provincial Police, Irrigation Works Exploitation Company Limited; Ninh Hoa town; Dien Khanh district, Provincial Party Committee Office, People's Committee of Truong Sa district. There is 1 investor unit, the locality classifies it as the average, which is the Bac Khanh Hoa Protective Forest Management Board.

Clarify the responsibilities of relevant organizations and individuals; strictly handle them in accordance with regulations; report to the Provincial People's Committee before March 2025.
