Deposit 100 million VND and receive the highest interest rate of 8.3%

Cake by VPBank is applying a policy of adding 0.9%/year for customers depositing money from a 6-month term, the implementation period is until the end of February 28, 2026. After adding, the interest rate customers enjoy ranges from 8-8.2%/year depending on the term and applicable conditions.

At PVcomBank, the bank implements an additional program of up to 1.5%/year for customers who deposit online on Fridays every week. The applicable condition is to deposit money through digital channels, with a term of 12 months or more and a minimum deposit amount of 100 million VND.

With this additional amount, a deposit of 100 million VND can enjoy an interest rate of 7.6%/year for a 12-month term and 7.8%/year for a 13-month term. If choosing terms from 15–36 months, the actual received interest rate is up to 8.3%/year, a rare level in the market for small deposits.

Special interest rate for 12-13 month term up to 9%

Interest rates in many banks are listed at high levels, up to 6.5-9%. However, to receive this interest rate, special conditions are required.

PVcomBank is applying a special interest rate of 9%/year for terms of 12–13 months when depositing money at the counter, with the condition of maintaining a minimum balance of 20,000 billion VND.

MSB still applies an interest rate of 8% for customers depositing savings for a term of 12 months, with deposits from 500 billion VND or more.

HDBank applies an interest rate of 8.1%/year for a 13-month term and 7.7%/year for a 12-month term, with a minimum balance of 500 billion VND.

Vikki Bank applies an interest rate of 8.4%/year for deposits from 13 months or more, with a minimum deposit amount of 999 billion VND.

Cake by VPBank implements a policy of adding interest rates to online deposits. For a 6-month term, the added interest rate is from 0.2–1%/year depending on the size of the deposit, bringing the actual received interest rate to 7.3–8.1%/year.

For deposit accounts from 500 million VND at OCB, this bank lists interest rates of 6.7%/year for terms of 12-15 months; term of 18 months 6.9%/year; term of 21 months 7%/year; term of 24 months 7.1%/year; term of 36 months 7.3%/year.
