According to the Lam Dong Department of Industry and Trade, in the past time, the unit has directed the Market Management force to strengthen grasping the supply and demand situation of gasoline and oil at key enterprises, distribution traders and retail store systems in the area.
Through initial inspection, the gasoline and oil supply in the locality is still guaranteed, meeting the consumption and production needs of people and businesses.
However, functional agencies recorded some reflections about some retail stores temporarily stopping sales or selling in small quantities, causing concern for consumers.
Mr. Nguyen Ba Ut, Director of Lam Dong Department of Industry and Trade, said that gasoline and oil retail stores must maintain operations according to the issued license.
In case sales are temporarily suspended due to repair, out of stock or objective reasons, it must be reported and approved by the management agency.
The Department of Industry and Trade requests the Market Management Sub-Department to strengthen inspection of maintaining sales hours, price listing, origin of gasoline and oil, and compliance with business regulations.
Acts of hoarding goods, selling in small quantities or arbitrarily stopping sales will be handled according to regulations.
