In Tan Thanh commune, Hoa Son 1 Industrial Cluster, the unit price of residential land is determined to be 998 thousand VND/m2, equivalent to Ho Son 1 Industrial Cluster.
Notably, in Chi Lang commune, Dong Banh Industrial Park, unit prices are divided according to specific locations.
For the land located along National Highway 1, on the left side of Lang Son to Hanoi, the section passing Dong Banh industrial park, the land price is determined at 1,164 thousand VND/m2.
