On March 27, 2025, Viettel Telecommunications Corporation announced that it had integrated MySign digital signature service on VNeID - an electronic identification application that has become popular with all Vietnamese people. Accordingly, citizens with a level 2 identification account can easily create a digital signature to sign documents and papers such as marriage registration, birth registration, passport, vehicle registration, temporary residence/temporary absence... right on their mobile phone and are completely free to sign public services within 12 months.

MySign is a digital signature authentication service according to the remote digital signature model developed by Viettel Telecom, allowing users to sign documents and papers at any time and anywhere with just a smartphone such as a phone, tablet, laptop, personal computer, etc. The product meets European eIDAS security standards and regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology, ensuring legality for electronic transactions such as traditional document signing. Using a remote MySign digital signature brings many benefits to users such as saving time, effort and optimizing costs, signing quickly and conveniently in electronic transactions, fully stored documents and information security.
Viettel hopes that integrating MySign digital signatures on the VNeID application will not only help popularize digital signatures for people but also promote the digital transformation process, realizing the goals in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 03 of the Prime Minister on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation. This is a testament to creativity in technology, contributing to the creation of convenient and sustainable services for the community.

To date, Viettel has reached 1.5 million accounts using MySign digital signatures in fields such as public administration, banking and finance, healthcare, insurance, etc. In particular, nationwide, there are up to 60% of subscribers developed by people registering for Viettel's MySign digital signature service.
In 2024, Viettel was honored to achieve two titles of "CA with the most diverse technology and service applications in 2024" and "CA rated by customers with the best experience in 2024". At the same time, Viettel was also honored in the top 5 public digital signature (CA) certification service providers with the best service quality in 2024, awarded by NEAC - Ministry of Information and Communications.
People can start creating a MySign digital signature on the VNeID application according to the following instructions:
Step 1: Log in to the VNeID application - Select Other services - Select Digital signature Certificate.
Step 2: Select Register for digital signature certificate - Select Viettel MySign supplier
Select to agree with the terms and confirm customer information.
Step 3: download the MySign application and register for an account:
· Log in to the VneID application again - Select Other services - Select Digital signature certificate - Select Register for Viettel MySign digital signature certificate.
· Select to agree with the terms and click Confirmation of acceptance to successfully create an account.
· Select "Login now" to log in to the MySign application and can sign a number on online public service portals such as birth certificate, passport, temporary residence, vehicle registration... (account name, login password will be sent via SMS and email. With a digital certificate issued for the second time, the returned information will only include the account name).
