The project to build the road from Thuy Van Industrial Park to the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang road, Viet Tri city was approved by the City People's Committee from the end of 2024 under Decision No. 4089/QD-UBND, with a total investment of nearly 396 billion VND.
According to Lao Dong, the project investor, the Viet Tri City Infrastructure Construction Project Management Board - has recently announced the bid opening results of "package No. 13: Construction and installation of works" of the above project.
According to the bid opening results, Tu Lap Construction Company Limited (address: No. 3010, Hung Vuong Street, Van Phu Ward, Viet Tri City) is the only enterprise participating in this construction package worth more than 344 billion VND.
In the coming days, if Tu Lap Construction Company Limited is approved by the investor to win the bid, this contractor will implement the construction of a road with a total length of more than 4.5 km through the communes of Thuy Van, Thanh Dinh and Chu Hoa of Viet Tri city.
This route is built at the starting point (Km0) at the intersection with Truong Chinh Street, Thuy Van Industrial Park; the end point (Km4+543.04) at the intersection of the road connecting Nguyen Tat Thanh - Ton Duc Thang (the route runs parallel to the two above-mentioned routes).
According to the project documents, the road is built with the goal of completing the inter-district traffic framework system in the southwest of the city; ensuring a complete, synchronous and modern traffic infrastructure.
Along with that, meeting the needs of transportation and serving production and trade in economy, connecting the regional transportation network, minimizing environmental pollution, ensuring traffic safety, environmental landscape, contributing to the stability and development of the economy, culture and society of Viet Tri City.

In this province, Tu Lap Construction Company Limited is constructing many large projects, the most recent of which is the Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway Connection Investment Project with Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway (won the bid from February 2025 for nearly 468 billion VND).
